From learning the mechanics of executing a punch, kick or knee, to setting up a technique to deliver it's maximum power and effectiveness. Learn not only offense techniques but, also defense counters and blocking. All this training plus cardio vascular-endurance training.

Syllabus:
1. Warming up/Stretching
2. Skipping or tyre bounces
3. Shadow Box
4. Drills (Punches, Kicks, Knees, Elbow and Teeps)
5. Basic and Advanced Thai Pad Drills
6. Clinching & Throwing Techniques
7. Ram Muay (Footwork, Rules, Wai Kru, Traditional, Spiritual)
8. Light Contact Sparring
9. Warming down

List of trainer:

1. Kru Kawaw, is an ex-south Thailand and former Lumpini champion, trainer in the art of Muay Thai for many gyms in Thailand. Among his many accomplishments Kru Kawaw participated in over 200 full-contact Muay Thai fights. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to train with him here in KL.

2. Kru Azman, is the founder and president of the Gombak Thai Boxing Association, the oldest and largest Thai Boxing Organization in the Klang Valley to date.

3. Cikgukacak, is the head trainer of Sitkrumat Thai Boxing Camp in Klang, Selangor. He was a contributing trainer for the Klang team since 2008-2009. He is credited as being the first Muay Thai researcher in Malaysia and has been teaching Muay Thai since 2002.

4. Mr. Robbana, is an ex-Malaysian champion and King Cup champion from Kedah.
