1. Punch (mat)

Cobra Punch (Kradod chok)

2. Elbow (Sok)

Slashing elbow (Sok ti)
Horizontal elbow (Sok tad)
Rising elbow (Sok ngad)
Chopping elbow (Sok sab)
Smash downward elbow (Sok tong)
Reverse elbow (Sok klab)

3. Knee (kao)

Straight knee (Kao ton)
Jumping knee (Kao dod)
Small knee (Kao nui)
Farewell knee (Kao la)
Flying knee (Kao loi)

4. Kicks (tae)

Roundhouse kick (Tae tat)
Low cut kick (Tae tat lang)
Diagonal kick (Tae chiang)
Crocodile tail kick (Chorake fad hang)

5. Push kick/Foot thrust (Teep)

Straight foot-thrust (Teep tron)
Sideways foot-thrust (Teep khan)
Jumping foot-thrust (Kradod teep)
